Your Best Self: This audio brings out and amplifies your best and most positive attributes. When making this audio, I went into my own trance, and lost 7 minutes of time. I also was on day 4 of suffering from a terrible migraine. When I finished recording this audio, my migraine was gone, and I felt amazing. This is a great piece to settle down to in a calm and relaxing manner. I think it helps to have a clear objective as to what you wish to achieve before hand. It may even be an idea to listen and then reassess your goals and then listen again. I had a very specific short term exercise goal which it really helped to achieve. Now I plan some repeated listens to expand the goal.

Great focus on the positive
As a self-improvement junkie, I've become a bit jaded about all of the claims in this area. But my sense is that the effectiveness of Lee Allure's approach of working with the subconscious makes this work for me whereas so many other approaches haven't. I love this program.
