If you're new to hypnosis, or at least, MY hypnosis, you may not know which file(s) to listen to first, to get the best results. Or even, to know that you're really under, as opposed to some kind of role play.

Allow me to make it easy for you ;) Lazy Summer Day is the file which contains 3 triggers to

help you 1) go deeply into trance instantly, at the sound of my voice, with a trigger I used in

many of the other files 2) stop you in place 3) respond happily to a text trigger ;)

If this seems to work for you, but you're not quite sure, listen to Would You Like a SIP? and

find out! ;)

If you think you're analytical or have ADD/ADHD, either Seven or The Lee Trance

should help you get into trance. If those seem to work for you, I then recommend

Cocktail1, which is a combination of several files, and ends in SIP. That takes 45 min.

If you have gone into trance & been hypnotized, you will know it! DO NOT LOOP!

Lastly, in the "Going into trance and knowing it" category, is Snappy Response. This

audio is designed to overcome any resistance you may have to trance, and to deeply

drop you down, again and again. You may be surprised at your response to this. The

video on the front page kind of goes along with this, but is separate. There are also

extended versions of Snappy available, one with an awakener, one without.

If you easily go into trance, the rest of the files are pretty clearly labeled with what is

inside.
