This audio has background noise. I suggest that you make sure you can easily go under to my voice before listening to this file, by practicing with the other audios available, and to use this before your pain is so severe that that's the only thing you think about.

This file will not remove necessary pain, that is, if you have a new condition causing you pain, or there's something about your condition which requires further medical assistance, your pain will remain. This will remove pain your body does not need, as with some chronic conditions. Each use of the file will enable the suggestions to be stronger and stronger, allowing it to be more and more effective.
